Is the DF or platen adjusted to it's proper height? Is the mat properly positioned? Often that shadow appears when the paper levitates above the copyboard glass. That can happen when the original is not pressed down in that area. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've tried re-position the white board, put papers on 4 angles, but still the same...

Reduce the value of 08-7033 from initial 128 to 88, problem gone...but after restart machine & test few more copiers, come back again...

DF height? As I remember this MR no screw, just put in only...
Not sure whether Edge Erase Function can solve the problem...
