Where can I find parts for my 3510c?

I have a 3510c and the part shown is broken. I believe it is the print drum? Where can I find a replacement at a reasonable price?

I suppose that you could purchase a whole imaging unit, but most of us rebuild these units. Drum, drum blade, scorotron, grid, scorotron cleaner pads, developer, developing filter. You can get all the necessary items from Precision Roller. Do you have a particular reason to suspect magenta, or all the colors due for maintenance? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is a fine metal serrated blade in it that broke. I suspect a jam caused it. I took it apart slightly about a year ago, got busy and I'll bet I lost a few screws for it now. . I would prefer if I could send it to someone to fix, or just replace it if it is not too expensive.

That serrated blade is called a scorotron. There are several ways that it could be loose. The plastic pin in the rear block could be broken. The plastic pin in the front "seesaw" could be broken. The spring may be gone/missing. You'll have to do some disassembly to determine which parts you need.

Note that when primary charge is lost even temporarily, the magenta toner is quickly depleted in the developer. You'll notice that the developer brush is charcoal gray colored, not magenta. The good news is that when you fix the primary charge unit the developer usually re-constitutes itself.
