    Toshiba estudio 3540c will not copy

    This machine has shown a code which requires all drum and developers to be replaced. After warmup the copier shows ready however the keypad doesnt work and the FC and
    copy buttons do not show any light. When trying to perform an internal print the machine will lock up and need a reboot. Also the nic card flashes with the Ethernet cable attached but in the Admin menu the network button is grayed out. So far i have replaced the HDD and installed all firmware and software without any luck. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

      So you replaced the hard drive and firmware, but did not check the jam and error codes or do any of the maintenance? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Yes I checked the error codes and the only code was for replacement of all supplies ( drums and developers) however this client is fully billable and cringes at the price of a full maintenance job. Most all copiers that I have repaired will inform if the machine shuts down due to maintenance counts, this model may not.

              If the machine cannot copy, normally initialise hdd can settle if software not corrupted
