Re: Prints three sheets then stops
Are there any jam codes or error codes stored in 9S-107? What media type are you using? What media type is designated on the machine? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Prints three sheets then stops
100% Thermopiles.
We have had quite a few machines start to do this as they get older. Remove the fuser unit, then take off two screws and take the entrance guide off. You will be able to see the two thermopiles. Using a clean cloth, clean the thermopile heads. Try not to touch it as the natural oil in our skin will cause more damage. Reassemble and test.
Strangely, the majority of machines that do this to us are the higher spec of those series (3540/4540)Comment
