Put all the firmwares files in a folder named "205_455" except the "mentusb2.0" put under the root.
Things to take note:
1. 4GB or less USB drive is recommended
2. USB drive format in FAT32/FAT -

capacity is 4gb and 1gb tested

By all appearances you are doing it correctly. Have you tried a different drive or a fresh download of the firmware? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Perhaps they're not the right firmware files. You are booting up in firmware loading mode 49? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

I think your flash drive problem or your pc. Try another pc on new flash drive

1) what version of firmware do you have in copier?
2) what version of firmware you try to update?
3) what version of copier you have (there was 2 version of 255 series)
4) what type of pendrive do you have? (you need PENDRIVE 1GB or less, format on FAT not FAT32)
5) Do not update the firmware by any storage device other than a flash memory (such as a USB connection type memory card reader, CD/DVD drive or hard disk)
6) did you update any else toshiba 255 series with this version of firmware?
7) try to download file one more, and uncompresion with winzip or winrar.Comment
