    Print shifting according to drawer

Printing with 64lb paper in duplex mode. Using the LCG (which is not supposed to accept heavy paper) it works great for a while and then starts jamming. Not complaining about that since it isn't designed for heavy paper. When I switch to drawer one and two the graphics on both sides are shifted downward. Once I rebooted the system and it fixed it. This time nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

    Model?

Could be many things. First thing to check is the tray paper guides.

Sorry about that. It's a Toshiba 4520C. I have checked the guides and they are set up correctly. Thanks!

Usually there are screws in the drawer that you loosen and then the guides can be shifted to the front or the rear to get the paper aligned. You would do this for each drawer. There are other adjustments in the service mode that adjust things like lead edge that you do for each drawer.

Thanks Hansen88. I made the adjustments and that worked.

I usually take it a step further. As you move around the paper you are affecting all the image adjustments. The order of adjustment is covered nicely in the manual:

            1) print ratio main scan direction
            2) print write start main scan direction
            3) print ratio sub scan direction
            4) print write start sub scan direction

            5) scan ratio main scan direction
            6) scan write start main scan direction
            7) scan ratio sub scan direction
            8) scan write start sub scan direction
            9) scan lead edge void
            10) scan rear void
            11) scan trail void

            12) DF write start main scan direction
            13) DF write start sub scan direction

            When you change adjustment #1 you also change #2, #5, #6, #10, and #12.
            When you change adjustment #3 you also change #4, #7, #8, #9, #11, #13.

            =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you! Once I get caught up I will go through the rest of the motions.
