    E030???
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Did you have something specific that you'd like to ask?

Have you done anything at all (other than taking a phone call)? Have you read your manual, cleaned anything, replaced anything? Are you an enduser trying to pass for a tech, or a tech trying to pass for an enduser?
      =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        I've attempted to convert 356 to 456.
        1. Resistance took 115 and 112
And the 114 and 113 installed.

Cn311 port 315 Jamper and now I moved together

        Such as 355 to 455

I think that might be pertinent to the discussion. I think you've got yourself a very nice doorstop. =^..^=

            Frankly speaking...35ppm & 45ppm not much different...
Why not just changed the front cover model...
