What's a "BPU"? I don't mind if you make up acronyms as long as you explain them.

I'll make a guess that you mean the black imaging unit. The reason that the Fuser count shows blank is because there are 6 or 7 things in the sub menu, quite possibly with totally different counts. If you've changed all the kit parts for the fuser just highlight Fuser then clear. If you replaced only a couple items on the sub-menu, highlight Fuser, then Sub, then the specific item that you changed, then clear.

If you changed the whole imaging unit, you'll need to reset counters for drum, blade, primary, grid, and developer. Then you'll leave the toner cartridge out while you run the developer stir in 6S-1, and follow the prompts to do a auto calibration.

Since I can't be certain what this "BPU" is, I can't be certain exactly what you replaced. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

@blackcat4866 its was label as PU according the box and i think you're right it a whole imaging unit wherein printing process is pass. I just followed your direction about reset all counters because its a whole imaging unit that i replaced on it in the machine. i was stack with this problem after doing the 6S-1 with auto calibration , the next step that i shoud do is to print test the A4/LT in the machine and this is which came out i will show it to you if you could advise me what is the problem of this.

For that jam you have in the photo adjust the SFB feed guide, looks like is bowed too much. Do you have a jam code?

So you have a jam condition? I didn't see that anywhere? If perchance it's an E010 jam, you might replace lower bypass guide (6LH51460000) and mylar (6LH51432000). Or file oval the mounting holes. Trim 3 wraps off of the bypass separation pad spring. Press the guide in while tightening screws.

The lower bypass guide is warped out at the center by bypass separation pressure spring. An oval wear mark becomes visible 83mm x 5mm.
