i have toshiba 356 after turn on devices show insert card and i cant take copy
know one have idea ?

but i cant take copy from mfp

inside panel show insert card

how to fix it

Try disable External counter

08-9016
0: No external counter (Default)
1: Coin controller
2: Card controller (For Japan only)
3: Key copy counter
4: Card controller for OEM1
5: Coin controller supporting ACS
