This machine has a constant problem where the "flaps" that block the toner flow into the developer (on all colors) when changing the toner gets stuck and incorrectly say's that machine needs toner. I modified the "flaps" lol to work but it is a constant problem still for the customer (and me) Is there there a fix for this that is feasible... I am having trouble getting a parts manual for this machine but it appears that I need a fairly large assembly to fix this. Any help would be so appreciated....

This is news to me. Are these flaps on the developing units themselves, the vertical tubes, or the toner cartridge? Pictures? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
