Hi I am a ricoh tech with no Toshiba experience we have no Toshiba techs in our area. I have a customer with a studio 2555c ..... It giving out a message Time for periodic maintenance 0188. Now the customer is saying the machine is locked or has some password. Any idea how to get into service mode or how to get to fix this issue and if there are any default or bypass passwords ?
