    e studio 4520c copier

I have a client that close an office that had the e studio 4520c in another city and now have it at there location. They lost cassette stop for one of the trays. Never work on Toshiba before so i was wonder if i can get part number for it. I know will need to get service and parts manual down the road. If they decide to have us service it. We normally service Ricoh copiers. Thanks for any help also wonder is this a good copier overall or constant problems.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

With regards to your wondering about the quality of that series of machine, I would say it's the best box Toshiba ever made. Very reliable and easy to work on. That being said, it is an old model now and if your company hasn't been servicing it from new then it's hard to say what problems you may be inheriting.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
