    Both types link to the same OEM cartridge. As far as I can tell they are indistinguishable. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        The toner cartridge chip is designed based on region...

        T4590A is for Argentina/South America
        T4590C is for China
        T4590D is for Asia
        T4590E is for Europe
        T4590T is for Taiwan
        T4590U is for North America

          Thank you for that explanation. I suppose the chips from other countries won't work here.
          So if we get toner from another country we'll have to re-chip it. I'm sure some clever
          person will capitalize on this new market they've just created.
