    Toshiba 5540 with pink copies

    Hy

    I have a Toshiba 5540 and all the copies from ADF and glass to are coming pink( red), internal prints are looking perfect. I format HDD and update firmware, clear flags, replaced CCD and board, replaced Image Board and System Board with no look. I don't know what left to do. Thanks

      What do scans look like? Sample? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I encountered similar issue on e2550c, where copy colour(Full/AutoColor) via RADF/Glass came out green on whole page, but black/white no issue. Found that this happen on scanning side only, where when print colour via USB/PC no problem, calibration chart also show all 4 colours bar in good shape. So far tried updated to latest firmware, but no luck...

              I had one time the same problem and just cleanin optical and adjust adf fix it. I did not try adjustments in 08 or call Toshiba for support
