What makes you think that this is a firmware issue? And yes, what jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

jam code is related to e030.
so when i removed paper the error code not cleared. this problem repeated very much and i don't know what to do
some times when i do one side print or copy the image com in near edge of paper and do not stay on center of page. when i stop the operation and again start thats seems good but after any minute that problem occur again

E030 is a power On jam. That means that at least one of your paper sensors is tripped during initialization, or you have at least one defective sensor. E030 does not identify a specific sensor.

My suggestion is to test each sensor in 03 mode to identify which sensor is tripped and/or defective. Please read the manual on this topic. =^..^=
