    Toshiba Estudio 351c streaks?

Toshiba 351c.pdf I am having this issue on a Toshiba 351c. I went out for a service call for sporadic black pages and streaking on copies and prints. First, I checked all maintenance counts and all is good, Drum is within maintenance intervals, primary belt is the same and visually looks good, is within maintenance interval and side rubber guides are good and not falling apart. So, I know the cleaning blades is working on both units as there are no toners streaks on either unit during copy process, I checked with half- way teat to confirm. I have not worked on one of these boxes in years and am thinking there used to be a charge cleaner or something driving it, that would cause this issue ( it would get stuck and not return to home position?), if memory serves me correctly.
My questions are... Am I correct about the corona cleaning pad not returning to home position causing this issue? If so, would the box code out? And, if that is the issue what causes it? ( I checked the gears that drive the corona cleaner but did not see any stripped but maybe overlooked something.)

Paper is running 8 X11 and all toners are OEM.

Also, it seems (could just be coincidence) but since cleaning the box we did not get anymore black pages when I tested about 100 prints with the client.
    Thank you,

Solid black? Yes the charge cleaner for black can cause that. I haven't worked on that many Denali myself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
