    e-Studio 350 cant access TopAccess

I have a Toshiba e-Studio 350 copier that I can't access it's web configuration. I can ping it's IP address and print via network and make copiers however the scanner itself seems to have lost it's network share (SMB) and LDAP settings after a power outage.

    Any ideas?
I'm guessing I would have to re-load the firmware since I can't login into the web interface.

You could try 08-947 before reloading firmware. Might help ?
    Hope that helps !

You can also try 08-693 this would reset your NIC settings however, so just print out a config page so you can put them back afterwards.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Had this twice on e-studios, once on a 452 and again on a 232... firmware was the only fix, might be worth formatting the hdd first if you've not data on there to lose, i.e templates etc

Ok so another stupid question how do I reload the firmware on this machine?
          I'm guessing 08-947 key sequence?

Where/at what point do I enter this in?

Apologizes as i'm a system admin and not really a copier tech.

I have all the network settings saved and I can always re-create the templates I need.

Um, you'll probably have to get a tech to do the firmware update. hold down 0&8 when powering on, then 947. I wouldn't suggest the firmware as you'll have to update the HDD, etc. This isn't the easiest of machines to do it on.
            Hope that helps !

You say you lost SMB? Have you gone to the control panel on the copier and turned it back on? In user functions choose the Admin tab, go to the network settings and there you can turn SMB on. If it is off that will keep you out of Top Access.

SMB is turned on however I can't get to the Top Access web interface. It seems like it happened after the building had a power outage. All the SMB paths and templates got deleted from the machine.

I can still print to the copier, copy documents and ping it however I can't access the web interface to redo all the SMB and LDAP settings.

I sent you a private message with some information that might help. It would not be practical to post it here.
