I have a client that just requested support on an old Toshiba Studio 202L. Error message is F103. The system appears to be offline and the computers can't communicate to it. I see the status on the router as offline and I can't ping the ip address.
From all my search it points to the hard disk. The copier is obsolete and I can't find any instructions on the HDD replacement procedures. The other issue is how can I obtain the correct firmware that is need?
Is it possible that I can clone the HDD to the replacement assuming it works to avoid dealing with the firmware?
How can I obtain the procedures to check for HDD errors? Is it even worth my time to invest to fix the copier?
