    e-STUDIO5560C Code F106 -5

    Machine stay in logo screen, replaced Hard drive from other e5560c now I got F106-5
    I restored the encryption key but still same code.

    Any help is welcome

      Try to format hdd and install new firmware

          Did you format the drive, reset the service password, and reload the firmware? That is essential. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thank you guys for your fast response,
              I'm facing customer facilities now, how hard is to do it?
              8 Gb flash drive works or needed special size and make?
              By chance there is something like step by step guide?
