    Toshiba e studio 4520c

Thank you for the help with the ca00 code on this copier. Finally got the code to go away but now the copies are too red. Is there an adjustment I can do in diagnostics mode? I know I sound like a rookie, but I'm a Konica gal!
    Thanks

Clean the scorotrons. Clean the laser slit glasses with the wand.

Enter 05 Mode (hold down 05 while powering up, until the 5 green function lights illuminate).
    Select 396 > Start
    Select 4719 > Start
Select 4 Fax (test pattern is printed). Lay pattern on the glass with black blocks closest to the index and 15 blank pages on top of it. Close DF. Select 1642 > Start > OK (when finished).
Select 70 Fax (test pattern is printed). Lay pattern on the glass with black blocks closest to the index and 15 blank pages on top of it. Close DF. Select 1008 > Start > OK (when finished).

Hold Power button until you hear (5) beeps and machine shuts down. Press power button to power back On.

All of this is available in a service handbook if one were to look. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
