Clean the main charger units and grid's all colors, replace the K charge grid, clean laser slit glass and do a test.
Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

Actually, in my opinion that is not too bad. But if your customer is picky, I would start by replacing all 4 charge grids, they get covered in ozone residue so fast. I would also double check the laser slit glasses.

Has this issue been resolved? I have a customer who runs a printshop. Half tones in my opinion look comparable to other mfps with similar age and series. The problem is when he try's to run custom 70% cyan/ 30% magenta. Those lines become very visible. I'm sure Toshiba would say its within spec but he is a long time customer and not going away anytime soon. I too have cleaned the inside of the laser, replaced ITB, did pm on all process units including new steel grids on all colors. No luck.

this one is tricky to fix, if you have the same pattern on all colors its usualy transfer belt isue or bias isues with ctr1. i have one 7506 with 3,5M copies and last time i clean all tr. belt framework, put new belt on,new drums, grid+pin chargers, clean glasses on laser unit and still didnt get the quality that i hope to get

Ozone residue on charge grids is a new one to me.

                    What would that look like?

The typical corrosion you would see on the smaller models ... I think that's what they mean. I have used steel wool on the grid in a pinch. Naturally you have to follow the lines of the grid, or you can destroy it, and it's not a long term solution. =^..^=
