[Error Code] estudio 6506ACT C4E2 error

e-studio 6506act with C4E2 error, Has had previous calls for this issue. First look 2 fuser gears stripped out.
I talked to another tech and said...when pressure is applied to fuser unit the fuser belt drags on the belt holder unit because of oil they use in these fuser units. Oil is applied wrong or not at all.
Then eventually breaks the gears causing C4E2 or gear seperates from fuser belt, causing more issues.

So today I replaced both gears, and fuser belt. Cleaned and re-lubed belt holder unit.
This fuser was swapped on this machine back in March, so not original fuser unit.
Kinda tough to find a problem when they do stuff like that.

Yeah kinda sucks going back after someone... bet they didn't note down 1) how many pages total on the machine at time of swap 2) How many pages on the FUSER they swapped ( or WHAT was rebuilt on the 'swap' fuser** that's why I like to rebuild my own units**) or even EVERYTHING they did to the machine at time of repair.

Indeed lack of oil inside belt is causing the above mentioned. To prevent future premature gear failures is also recommended to apply high temperature grease to shafts and gears and to check the one-way bearing that drives the belt for free spinning over the shaft.
Defects are simple, our mind is complicated
