AFAIK there is no such model as 6505AC. So what is the real model number?

The eS4505AC is a Weisshorn 2H, but does not have a code 4011. Error messages have a Cxxx format. Jam messages have an Exxx format. So what is the real error or jam?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry 6506ac and the error is listed in the service manual as 4011 printer error print job cancellation
Customer claims the error occurs when sending a print job from a variety of applications
problem is I haven't been able to reproduce the issue but the completed job list shows several instances of a 4011 error

When somebody tells me that it occurs on a variety of applications, it usually means that they don't know which single application it occurs on, and that that use several applications.

The 4011 error means that the print job was specifically deleted from the Job Status page. My guess would be that the print job requested was of a size or media type that paper was not available and it was clogging up the queue. Some nice coworker walks up to the screen, curses under his/her breath, and neatly deletes the offending print job.

"My print job didn't print!? Did anybody see it?"

Try printing it on a paper size that you have. =^..^=

Thanks for the advice. That makes sense, I will investigate further along those lines.

Another thing to look at is "department codes" if they locked out color printing/coping i believe that would give that code too.
Being a school they may have blocked or limited color per teacher.
