e Studio 3530C What do you suppose this is?

A customer sent me these pictures. They tell me that they were changing the toner and this fell off.

I've been working on Toshibas for a while, and I don't think this item came from any Toshiba, eS 3530C or otherwise. What do you think? What is this?

I'm guessing an HP AIO laser cartridge EEPROM:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Maybe is from after market or OEM toner...

Is the 3530c having a cartridge chip at all?

The chip in the picture may fit on 5055c series as it's similar by the look of it

I don't think that the Masherbrum series has toner cartridge EEPROMS. None. And no RFID tags either. =^..^=

I checked the back of a toner cartridge for an e Studio 3555c and that part looks identical to the toner chip on it. I'm willing to bet that the wrong toner cartridge was being to be installed by the user.
