Estudio 5015ac cyan banding and toner bank

    Hello folks,

I've got an Estudio 5015ac. Running into an issue when printing high density for a short - medium run (200 sheets). Cyan (primary colour being printed) is banding heavily even after a PCU replacement and the printing fades after a few sheets and remains faded until other low density prints run though.

Gives me an idea the toner bank or "hopper" isn't getting enough toner for the volume. Is there any way to increase the toner replenishment intervals to be more proactive?

The banding issue does occur even when printing significantly less densities - tried replacing the toner and the PCU was replaced so I'm having a hard time figuring out what to look at next.

Interestingly, using the "presentation" setting on the printer significantly reduces the banding.

Any suggestions on settings (if you know the menu number, even better!) I would greatly appreciate it.

I'd sure like to see an image quality sample.

I think that I would concentrate on development. Also look at the grid tensioner. They're know to break, leaving the grid and/or scorotron limp/ loose. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
