I have a question. I work in Pa. If I had to go to a Toshiba copier class, where would that be?

Re: Training
Not 100% sure...but several companies have East Coast training centers in Atlanta. That'd be my guess. -
Re: Training
I've been to Toshiba class in Chicago, near O'Hare Airport. I'll get you an address. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Training
For my area I would go to Parsippany NJ. Does Toshiba have a way to remotely monitor machines? Kyocera has KFS.Comment

It's called Toshiba Cloud Connect. We have a guy getting trained up on it now. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: Training
I apologize for all these questions, but we are looking into taking on the Toshiba line. We actually had Toshiba install a 4515 in our demo room to try. I trust the information from you guys much more than from a manufacture trying to convince us to take on their product. I would greatly appreciate any input. Thank you.Comment

Re: Training
One of the questions is, can I see the status of a machine, right now? An example is a customer calls and says their machine is out of K toner and will not work. I look at KFS and I see that it is actually out of M toner. I know that the Toshiba machine communicates with cloudconnect an night, but can I click on that machine and have cloudconnect look at the machine right now.Comment

Customer says black is empty, and you check it says black was 87% but magenta was at 2% at 1 AM.
But still learning and if found I will let you know.Comment

Re: Training
The toshiba cloud connected machines do a full communication when its time to do so as per policies and settings however - they are live sending event codes, jam, error codes - So for toner levels, jams, errors, meter counts and a few other misc items it is basically up to date information.
If you have one connected and the customer does something that creates an event code...say opening the front door...you will see it in cloud connect within minutesComment
