The age of these copiers crept up quickly since today I was told neither Collins nor Precision can't get these anymore.

Toshiba Tec Japan discontinued all support on these models several years ago. Toner, parts and technical support are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Some of these products were introduced in 2004 and discontinued more than 10 years ago. The manufacturer is legally under no obligation to maintain parts and supplies seven years after the discontinue date.

Try and find a parts copier or give it up (recommended) and upgrade to a current copier.
