Are you saying you do not know how to get into 05 mode?

You just hold down the 0 and 5 while turning the power on and until the copier comes to the test screen. Then enter 280 and press start. The recycle unit will run for a few seconds and when it is complete it is safe to replace the developer material. When you have replaced the developer and are ready then perform 08 200 to initialize the developer.

    Hope that helps.

If this doesn't work you can safely do it by hand. Vacuum out very well dev.unit, recycle unit and path. Now you can put in new developer and do 05/200.
As habit I do both automatic and manual cleaning cuz I don't trust in these auto procedures.
I'm not really sure but in early e163 I think this code doesn't work.

Yes I did it, only little ting is drawing me crazy. I do it 05-200, and device start mixing,mixing,mixing.............., after 10 min she still mixing and never stops. so I stop device with FC taster, turn off and turn on again. copy is relative nice, fine and gooood , but I hope that I didn't make some shit with that. because owner of that device need him back urgently.
