This Toshi Sharp rebage is so old that I hardly remember it. I seem to recall fuser offsetting issues we have and bad printer/scanner drivers. Better invest your efforts in buying PC and MFP from this decade.

Look for a utility called "Sharpdesk". I have it around someplace. The version I have is written for XP but it may actually work on your OS.

If you want a copy of the file PM to me an email destination. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
