I have a Toshiba e-Studio4505AC at my office and recently it has started printing black lines horizontally across the bottom of each page. I have tried cleaning every drum and roller I can access as well as cleaning and changing the cartridges but it is still persisting. Does any one have any tips or tricks on how to fix this? I have attached a link to a photo of the issue I am having.

so we need:
page counts on PM parts.
what did you 'clean' the parts with?
Genuine OEM supplies (toners/drum)?
what all has been done to the unit?
pm's done properly and on time? -

Does this occur only on print jobs?
Does this occur on copy jobs?
What is the meter read on the copier?
Have you called your local service provider for an on-site visit?Comment

ALWAYS start with machine counters and consumables life. Your most likely culprits are parts near/over their life. Looks like drum pattern.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.

Re: Toshiba e-Studio4505AC is printing lines on page
If the pattern repeats at 96mm it's the fuser film.
That being said, if you aren't a technician you can cost yourself a lot more money by doing it yourself. Some of the most expensive calls that I've done have been to repair the results of an enduser repairing a copier. Please trust me when I tell you that neither of these repairs are simple enough for a novice.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If the pattern repeats at 94mm it's the drum.
