You can remove the Fuser Unit and I think the Exit Unit and you can see if the Bridge Unit positioning pin is in place in the back frame for a proper mesh between the drive gears...very common mistake when installing the Bridge Unit in a rush

This is the gear assembly that drive fuser, when you push up on it the transport assembly gets drive. This is a new machine. I don't see any adjustment for the bracket that holds the gears. I am being told by ACM that there is an issue with the way some of the plastic is molded on the transport assembly, not sure which piece though, that is causing this.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
I haven't had to dig into one of these yet, but the black gear just above your coupler ... is it on a stub shaft, and is that stub shaft broken out in the frame?
On the earlier Loire's it is common to see that lower exit roller frame split where the stub shaft fits. In every one of these situations I was able to clean all the parts with alcohol, then epoxy the stub shaft back into the frame. If you want to get really creative you can add a couple tie wraps around the plastic to keep all the parts snug while curing.
If my guess is right it would be figure 39, item 8C:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I have removed the exit guide assembly and the problem still persists.
Thanks
