    E-Studio 55,65 & 7506AC

Your thoughts on these so far? Do you like them and are they performing well. Hard to get a base line when you only have one in the field so far. Thanks!

There have been some problems with the fusers blowing thermostats:
    ES 7516AC error C471

Also, the front end of the developing augers get milled off by the E-clip, then slipping out the back of the developing unit. Preventatively, I've been crushing the E-clips a little to grip the shaft more tightly. Time will tell if it actually helps. You'll see the rust spraying on the inside of the front cover.

Oh, and I've see the toner sensor wipers coming off, then making developer copies, or voids because the wiper gets stuck under the doctor blade. That toner sensor wiper is a separate part number from the auger and does not show in the parts diagrams, but you'll find it in the 5560CT parts manual.

Other than that they seem to run great. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I know it's two weeks old (I haven't been on for a while since we're kinda stuck in no man's quarantine land), but in OUR opinion, the AC line performs WAY better than the previous line. We have a few in the field and they run so much better with less downtime for us. To us, they just seem like a stronger box.

Put them in the field and make money with reduced service calls and parts lasting much longer than factory spec.

The feature set and spec are excellent. The ability to customize the LCD panel is best in the industry.

Industry's best app for Office 365.

I have three of them in the field. Two of them have blown the duplex open/close sensor. Other than that, they've performed flawlessly.
