I've noticed an influx of these calls recently. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Printing Problems to e-STUDIO2823AM and Similar Models
Version 1Created by Robert Kreisle on Jun 12, 2020 10:01 AM. Last modified by Robert Kreisle on Jun 12, 2020 10:02 AM.
We have some sporadic reports today of printing problems to the e-STUDIO2823AM and similar models (2829, 2802, 2505, 2507,....). . See modelseriescodename.xlsx , its possible that machines with code name Dragon or Phoenix are affected.
Our initial evaluation is that it is related to this problem below
Windows 10’s latest updates are causing havoc with printers | TechRadar
These units and similar can use the standard UNI 2 driver and that is what we are currently suggesting today.
We are only a few hours into this issue, so our evaluation and remediation is likely to change once we know more.
Thank you to the ITC staff coming up with this work around.
Printing via USB cable seems to not work at all. Only via TCP/IP.

Re: Problems printing to Toshiba copiers after Win 10 update KB4560960
I got this reply
I was on a call with a customer on this issue when I received the email (e.g. the announcement).
Using the UPD2 driver did not work, but I was able to get the 2822AM XPS driver working. This customer is printing over USB.
Essentially, the PCL6 driver has to be purged from the driver store in the commandline, and the XPS driver installed before plugging the printer back in. I have a customer I need to call right now, but I'll write up the steps I took to get it working as soon as I have a chance.
----
Additional insightful info from the tech who worked the problem:
Since the case he had was USB printing, the PCL driver had to be purged. Unless it was purged, as soon as you plug in the USB cable Windows will grab the existing PCL driver that is the problem. The agent used the XPS driver. We went ahead and posted the XPS driver as an individual download.
In this case, its possible the UPD driver did not work because it was USB printing. Network printing is likely different.Comment
