[Misc] Problem with e_studio 757 (dot on printed paper)

    hello.
we have problem with toshiba 757. during computer flattening and printing slowly at the same time, we havent any problem. but if we pull out the paper and wait for fellatening, then put back paper in, print will be start fast and some dots show up on printed paper. In service mode and using 2020 code, if we take down number printed paper is ok but colerless.

Take a look at the trough in the bottom of the drum unit. If it's full of toner, the developer is overtoned. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I think I'd replace the C6000 developer. The developing unit is probably fine. =^..^=

We have problem in both sides print. On first page we haven't problem but the other side we have (dots) very little.
I checked the drum unit again and its ok.

Like blackcat said, replace the developer material. Your symptoms indicate that the developer material is worn out.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

I agree with the rest of the guys, however I only see developer on the front side of the drum unit. Did you vacuum the rest or was it only piled up at the front? I see a line on the drum as well that might be pulling developer on that particular spot if it's only piling up there, these units can be pushed on the drum and developer material a few hundred thousands tops after that you'll have to PM the unit. Otherwise you'll be going in every next week to clean the mess and have an upset client. In regards speed, I suggest you update the latest driver that dates July 2020 and the latest firmware version 1286 came out December 4th 2019. Isolate the file you are printing or test different applications if they are all the same in regards speed from clients PC or laptop, use same files from your laptop connected directly into the copier and compare speeds. Try using different files and compare as well, maybe their files are corrupt and that'll show up when you run these tests. Reset the 06 once you replace drum so the unit compensates accordingly to new consumable. Hope this helps!
