I heard there is no PFC in 2010AC, is it right?

If you are able to, first make a clone file, then format the SED-HDD and then reload the firmware. Latest is V1508.

You will have to reprogram the copier.

Make sure you do not install the firmware for the e2515AC series.

The upper right corner of the downloading screen doesn't look correct. If you are installing
1508, the loadable module should be 1500/1502, not 1124 which is a much older version.
Also, if you DO have the correct firmware, NOT the 2515 series, when you boot up to install
the firmware, UNCHECK anything you don't need, to get it at least bootable.
As another said, format the HDD before trying it again. Everything will be gone, but if you have
a clone backup, you should be ok.

Maybe he's downgrading instead of updating.

not sure but can we reprogram the copier by USB cable and software or whatever?

              CONTENT

We would like to inform you about some countermeasures to problems which have occurred when the firmware version was downgraded to L6.15 or before.
              [Phenomenon]
We have received a report that an F109 error has occurred when the firmware with an old version was installed at the time of unpacking.
              [Cause]
The SYS board uses multiple numbers of compatible ICs.
The performance of these compatible ICs has been supported by the firmware version from L6.15K. Therefore, if the version is downgraded to L6.15 or before, problems may occur.
Problems such as F109, F106, F110 errors and the panel display abnormality will occur.
              Note:
Downgrading of the firmware version is not supported.
(The performance when downgrading of the firmware version is not guaranteed.)
Installation of the firmware with the latest version when replacing the SYS board is described in the Service Manual, too.
Therefore, pay attention so as not to downgrade the firmware version.
              [Treatment in the field]
When a problem such as an F109 or F106 error occurs immediately after the firmware version has been downgraded, perform the following procedures for the recovery.
              No. Recovery procedure
