Any basic issues with the HP 4200 showing offline. I have not been there yet , but they say there is no connection lights. Maybe formatter (or with this model , could still be jet direct card?). Could still be network? thanks for any help

you are in the wrong section ... this is Toshiba, anyway check the network connection, bring a usb cable, a notebook to test the printer. You can also do a simple reset. Update us ..
