You can add a second GD-1370 to that model but am unsure if they can send at the same time. If I had to guess, I would guess no, but its just a guess.
You have 2 separate phone lines I would assume so I am curious as to the reason for 2 simultaneous faxes....?

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

      Hi and thanks!

      I'll look into it.

Yes they send a lot of faxes all throughout the day which is pretty important for them (medical), so I was just trying to speed things up a bit.

      Thanks again!

Most dual line faxes can Rx on both lines, but only Tx on one line. I'm fairly certain that this model is like all the others.

I learned about this on a bizhub C360, in which the two tenants of a building split the costs of a single MFP, and they wanted their faxes to only send on their phone line. It's just not possible on a single machine. You can choose from a list of sender ID's, but you can only send from one of the lines. If you absolutely MUST send on both lines you must have two machines. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I would also consider XM Fax from Toshiba especially if your premises are using VOIP technology.

You can send as many faxes as you want as fast as you can scan them in.

You need to first find out how much you pay the telco per month per fax line.

I suspect somewhere around $35.00 - $50.00 per month x2. A monthly recurring charge that you could eliminate.

XM Fax works on the basis of prepaid credits like a cell plan that you have to purchase in advance.

A subscription to XM fax is also a subscription to XM SendSecure enabling the transmission of very large files up to 5TB in a manner similar to email with ISO 27001 Security.

... whatever solution you decide upon you should ask your supplier to upgrade the copiers firmware to the latest V1512 and move the default Admin password away from "123456" for security reasons.
