I have a set of fw including 2555c,3055c,3555c,4555c but they are combined into 1 file. i can't determine which one is the 2555c. Can you help me determine the fw 2555c as well as the rest. Mainly need 2555c first to use fw.jpg
... and yes, there must be a folder on the root named 2050C_5050C with these files inside.
If I wasn't sure about which firmware files to use, I'd just start with a fresh download ... especially since none of these is current. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I would love to know where I can get my hands on the latest firmware, I don't have a toshiba tech account but I'm trying to help out a friend who's printer's drive got zapped after a power failure and they are a small business barely able to make it without large bill from toshiba haha.

If the HDD died due to the result of a power surge, it is likely you need to replace the same with a Toshiba proprietary Secure Encrypted HDD. An off the shelf HDD will not work.
