    E457 reset counter to 0

    I have a toshiba e457 machine and want to reset the counter to 0, how do I reset the counter of the color machine but not the black and white machine, please help, thank you family

    Are you confused? An eStudio 457 is a monochrome machine, that is: black and white printing only. No color, so there are no color counters, and nothing to reset. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      The black and white machine can't be reset, I thought it reset like the color machine to 0

        if you are talking about total counter reset to zero... that is ILLEGAL ...

            If you want to keep a track of printing usage setup Department Codes and here you can count the colour scanning jobs on a BS MFP your example estudio 457
