    Re: Toshiba E-256 Paper jamming.

E063 is a paper size mismatch. For example, the size programmed for tray #3 is not the same as the actual size of the media. You won't be able to change the paper size while there is is a print job in the queue. The Drawer button will be grayed out. So clear the print queue, then go to User Functions > Drawer > and set the size to match the actual media size.

Rarely, you can get E063 jams when the tray separation roller is worn flat. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The only other thing I can add to Blackcats post is this. You didn't describe the type of and location of the jam. This wouldn't happen to be accordion jamming? if so, then your drive pin in the main drive has broken or it's so gummed up it's broken an slipping which will cause a timing issue as the paper is trying to move through the copier.

I've usually seen E010 with the broke drum drive pin. And it's simple enough to test: just reach in the right door and see if the drum will turn independently of the rest of the drive. =^..^=

if you changed all that and still you get jams 1st check if the door not closing good. try to print while you press the door against the machine or clean the vertical rollers in the small jam doors below the main door

Blackcat is right, that is an elusive but a serious problem when the Drum Drive pin fails. However, I've not ever seen that on the newer "6" series machines, only the older 255-455
