EB50's are usually doublefeeds. Has you're separation roller gone flat? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have replaced the feed wheel pm kit, the feed clutches and paper detection lever. The machines run like 1000 prints no jams so I leave the client but before end of day they have called back wit same error. I have also adjusted the separation tension on the feed section.Comment

How did you adjust it? For additional page separation, you want less tension on the spring. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Adjusting that separation spring tension helps with this double feeding. Decrease the tension a bit more as blackcat said for a better separation, you will probably see the separation roller getting wear down much fasterDefects are simple, our mind is complicatedComment
