    330/400AC F-510

We got socked with about a dozen calls Thursday morning. Either F-510 or stuck on the splash screen stuck on 6 (of 9). Had techs check the HDD partitions. They all had
the app partition among others. After restoring the machine booted fine. I had them reflash the firmware from 2100 back to 1904.
These machines according to the update files I pulled on them from ECC, were all updated on April 23. So, they've been on 2100 for a month without any issue.
Most had no department codes set (which according to what's been posted, was the "issue" with 2100). Only two had paper cut.
Strange, if it was 2100 that caused this, why would it take over a month to show up?

I had a billable a few weeks back and the machine would crash with f codes when it reached out to e-bridge cloud services. Sad part was I went in after Toshiba direct could not fix her issue. Turned off 08-3820 and has been fine ever since.
If I had to guess, your device ran fine until they reached out to the cloud server a few weeks later.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

I had the techs wipe the drives, downgrade to 1904 and so far no issues. Must have been a delayed bug in the 2100 I guess.
