    Toshiba service notification

    I get service and jam emails from machine. Is there a way to have it send the jam code?

          Turn on Service Call Transmit

          As a reminder, with the latest V1512 FW on eBN/eBN2 ,and VNC turned on, while using free Windows 10 Quick Assist, you can log into a customer's copier remotely, and reach all service menus.

          Look for new FW in August adding dedicated remote service assistance buttons to the copier.

          ... helps to cut your driving to customers way down, saves gas, less exposure to COVID-19D, improves customer satisfaction.

          I use these functions every install. Customer's really like it and expect it in 2021.

            That's what I miss about the Dallas Tx support center. Knew those guys personally, and I'd get "tips" about upcoming stuff before it
            came along.
