    5018a E910 error

I've been out of copier repair for a couple years but have an old customer who is getting E910 error randomly, maybe 1 in 30 jam. The paper rolls up just before going into the bridge unit, the lead edge is almost to the bridge entry sensor. When you select the "center" tray for the output it never jams, or at least hasn't in 150 copies. I don't have access to Toshiba support anymore. Any suggestions on this ?
    Thanks,
    Dace

Due to the heat associated with the fuser, it's not uncommon for the entrance guide of the bridge unit rollers & what not to become "hard/frozen" causing the E-910
Also check that sensor to see if the flag is worn down. I've had that happen a couple times on HIGH volume machines. I would also double check to see if the fuser has
the updates (new belt holder & the metal stud/spacers which should be a dark color metal, not silver in color). The older fusers had a BAD HABIT of overheating popping
fuses & tearing up the fuser rollers. That overheating impacts those rollers in the bridge & the sensor. That bridge entrance guide once the fuser is removed is just held
      in by a couple screws.
