    ES 3525 LAN not detected

    Again....new machine(3K prints), LAN not detected...trying all the usual stuff...at the end i swapped new system board in, problem solved
    they are not very reliable as it appeared at the beginning

    ... the system board contains the LAN connectors. Maybe there was a hard push on the LAN cable that cracked the edge connector.

      visualy everything looks fine...it was a new UTP cable and i put it in...the shutting down made me think of the sys board

          Wish they hadn't removed the blinky lights! That was the #1 go to, to see if you had a network connection.

            i upg to the latest fw...the funny thing is that i put a bad board to another machine and everything works fine...maybe there was some bad contact on the sys board

              The Toshiba e3525AC/ e3528A series does offer two built in Logic board diagnostic tools to test both the System board and the Logic board.

                Is it not that you have to be conected to toshiba if you want to use this diagnostic tool or is it local?

                  i have another LAN not conected and yes it just need to upg FW to version 1816 ....on first one i upg with 1810 version and didnt noticed that i had an older version
                  now i need to visit all 14 machines and upg FW lol

                    The two Diagnostic tools are built into the copier on the e6525AC/ e4528A/ e6527AC/ e9029A series copiers. There is nothing to add or connect to.

                      ... if the copiers were connected to eCloud Connect, you could could upgrade the firmware on all 14 copiers overnight from your desk. No travel required.

                        no ECC here...manager is affraid to use it lol

                        i had another LAN not detected on the third machine wich i had the newest fw already on it....i upg it again...no luck...then i just initialize network NIC 08/9083 and i get LAN back...i even get DHCP vaules (i couldnt get DHCP when instaling it)

                          Sounds like you need to become the Cloud Connect Manager then
