    es355c flashing blue dots

Got a 3555c from wholesaler and when it boots I get splash screen and the it goes these blue rotating dots. I tried reloading firmware but still the same. I have attached a pic. It rotates across the screen. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks for any help on this.

Little more working with it I discovered it is not set for copy screen as default. I know I have changed it before on this model but I am having trouble finding where to change it now. Can anyone help with this?

Likely where the copier came from, Papercut was installed. You are better off to format the HDD and reload the firmware and start fresh.

I 100% agree. This machine had Papercut at some point.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I got it figured out. I had already formatted the drive and reloaded firmware but it did not fix it. Found 08-9132 was set to 99 for EWB. Set it to 0 for Copy as default screen. Thanks for the suggestions.

yes, this can either be set by the 08code or via TopAccess under General settings
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.
