    Wavy black lines

    Good afternoon,

I am having an issue that I am unable to resolve on my own. I cannot get rid of these wavy black lines. I have cleaned all the rollers I think would cause this. Also, I have cleaned the drums with no change. It happens when using either of the drawers, which use different paper sizes. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    "UPDATE"
I wanted update this post and maybe I posted this too soon, but the issue was the developer. In case someone sees lines like this they will know where to look.

    Thank You,
    Jaci

Is this running Letter mode (Landscape) or Letter-R mode (Portrait).
If Letter, try the Fuser roller or Drum. Swap the drum with one of the other colors to see if it changes.
If this is Letter-R mode, try the drum cleaning blade or the transfer belt cleaning blade.
Easy way to tell if they are worn would be after you remove it, clean it off, look along the edge of the blade.
if it is SHINY on the edge, it needs to be replaced.
