I have had this 3 times on some xx05ac. Both times it was the system board. Same symptoms with the boot cycle. Weird on your issue.

WASN'T the system board
Left it on last night, so the power saver/super sleep would kick in.
Next morning, it was doing the power on/ led/dead display again.
Swapped out the LVPS. So far, it's working.Leave a comment:

Intersting 4515AC out of box new problem
Brand new setup, 4515AC, MR4000B, KD1059.
Upon power up, easy setup to the point of the gamma. After reboot,
NO display, green power LED, no other motors/fans.
Disconnect LCF, MR4000 including the added daughter board on the System board.
Still no booting.
Will not launch into HS or FS mode.
Tried Rom recovery. Still wouldn't boot.
Pulled LVPS connectors. Discharge the capacitor. Still won't boot.
Checked LVPS voltages, within specs.
Came back after lunch, powered it on. Booted perfectly. Powered off with the
hard on/off switch after soft power off. Upon power back on, relay clicks, power
light on control panel, 15 seconds later, powers off and cycles this way.
Replacing the system board corrected the issue.
