    e3505ac color registration issue

Here is one we've not seen before. Attached is internal test chart. Crosses in MY / CY / CM mix in the middle are slightly off , but crosses at end are correct and dead on. This is after a CA20 / CE40 in which transfer belt was changed and laser was replaced. Transfer belt was changed last week, laser replaced today. Everything seemed OK but customer called right after saying text was blurred so tech went right back and ran test chart.

Performed F5 - 4721 / 4719 and this is what came out. We are a little perplexed as we've never seen one set of crosses that were off vs being dead center on other two. Any ideas?

I suspect that there is some problem with the new transfer belt installation. Take the primary transfer unit apart again.

I remember going out on situations like this. We used to call it FM. You take it apart, you put it back together. Something gets put back correctly, and you'll never know what it was. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      FM for the win!!!!! 😆

We're gonna try that with the transfer. We were just shocked with this one.

If this doesn't work, try 05-4721 (Laser mirror excitation), and if that doesn't help 05-9062 (colour deviation adjustment)
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

Yes, try this. 05-4721 must be performed afte replacing LSU -> in case it hasn't been done. For 05-9062 the sheet of paper must be placed in the by-pass -> explained in the manual.
