There are three variations on F-902:
    1) F-902_0: Wrong type of HDD or no HDD
    2) F-902_1: Wrong System Software
    3) F-902_3 Wrong System Software

In the end, there are three possibilities:
    1) It's not a Toshiba Wipe Drive, or there is no HDD at all.
    2) The HDD may be the correct type, but has not been proper formatted and the System Software reloaded.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Can you re-phrase that? I do not understand.

Kan du omformulera det? Jag förstår inte.

I suggest that you make a small financial contribution to support Copytechnet. When the green badge appears under your name "Site Contributor", I think you will be offered firmware.

You really should check that there is a HDD, and that it is a Toshiba Wipe Drive.
